11-drug urine test

Drugdiag® 11: broad-spectrum multi-drug urine test

The Drugdiag® 11 drugs urine test, developed by the French laboratory Toda Pharma, the leader in rapid diagnostic tests, allows simultaneous detection of 11 drug families in urine.

It notably detects THC-COOH, amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, buprenorphine, cocaine, MDMA, methamphetamines, opiates, methadone, and tricyclic antidepressants.

This multi-drug test is particularly suited for businesses, occupational physicians, addiction treatment centers, health professionals, and organizations that need to secure environments with high levels of responsibility.

300 ng/mL
BZO
Benzodiazepines: anxiolytics, hypnotics, or sedatives that can impair alertness.
300 ng/mL
BUP
Buprenorphine: molecule used notably in some opioid substitution treatments.
10 ng/mL
COC
Cocaine: cocaine, crack, and related metabolites detectable in urine.
300 ng/mL
MDMA
Ecstasy: MDMA and related substances.
500 ng/mL
MET

300 ng/mL
MTD
Methadone: molecule used notably in some opioid substitution treatments.
300 ng/mL
TCA
Tricyclic antidepressants: family of psychoactive drugs sought in certain clinical contexts.
1000 ng/mL

Thresholds must be interpreted according to the manufacturer’s instructions, clinical or professional context, and screening objectives. In case of a positive result, laboratory confirmation may be necessary depending on the context.

Uses Business, health, safety

Main uses

Sensitive positions and high-risk sectors

The Drugdiag® 11 is particularly suited for security and safety positions: transport, logistics, construction, heavy industry, maintenance of sensitive installations, energy, classified sites, or high-responsibility environments.

Therapeutic monitoring and addiction medicine

Thanks to the detection of methadone, buprenorphine, and TCA, this test can be useful for CSAPA, doctors, psychiatrists, clinics, and detox centers to document follow-up, complementing clinical interviews.

Workplace prevention

When provided for in internal regulations, this test can be integrated into an internal prevention procedure: targeted control, risk situation, accident, incident, or overall safety approach.

Responsible self-monitoring

The Drugdiag® 11 can also be used by individuals for self-monitoring before a medical appointment, professional visit, or administrative procedure. Laboratory confirmation remains necessary in any official context.

Advantages of the Drugdiag® 11 test

  • Extended detection: 11 substance families detected in a single analysis.
  • Versatile tool: companies, occupational health, addiction medicine, medico-social structures, institutions, and self-monitoring.
  • Quick reading: visual result in minutes according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • French manufacturer: device from the Drugdiag® range by Toda Pharma laboratory.

  • Addiction monitoring: BUP, MTD, and TCA panels useful in certain medical contexts.
  • Prevention policy: integrable into a comprehensive approach of information, training, and support.

Regulated use in companies

In the workplace, the use of screening tests must be provided for in the internal regulations, justified by the nature of the tasks, and implemented in compliance with the Labor Code, employee rights, and confidentiality.

The Drugdiag® 11 test is part of a comprehensive prevention policy and never replaces clinical evaluation or confirmatory laboratory analyses when required.

Results Urine durations

Urine detection times

The detection time of substances in urine depends on many factors: frequency of use, quantity, metabolism, health status, kidney function, hydration, ongoing treatment, and length of use.

THC-COOH
Cannabis: indicative duration highly variable depending on frequency and intensity of use.
1 to 30 days
AMP
Amphetamines: indicative duration generally between 1 and 4 days.
1 to 4 days
BAR
Barbiturates: indicative duration varies depending on the molecule, dose, and usage.
1 to 5 days
BZO
Benzodiazepines: indicative duration varies and can be longer with prolonged treatment.
1 to 7+ days
BUP
Buprenorphine: indicative duration varies depending on dose, frequency, and treatment duration.
1 to 7 days
COC
Cocaine: indicative duration generally between 1 and 4 days.
1 to 4 days
MDMA
Ecstasy: indicative duration generally between 1 and 3 days.
1 to 3 days
MET
Methamphetamines: indicative duration generally between 1 and 4 days.
1 to 4 days
MOP
Opiates: indicative duration generally between 1 and 4 days.
1 to 4 days
MTD
Methadone: indicative duration varies depending on the therapeutic regimen.
1 to 7 days
TCA
Tricyclic antidepressants: indicative duration varies depending on the molecule and dosage.
1 to 7 days

These detection windows are indicative and can never serve as absolute proof of consumption or abstinence. They must be interpreted according to the clinical context, the person’s statements, and, if necessary, additional examinations.

Negative result

A negative result indicates that the targeted drug families were not detected above the test thresholds. This does not guarantee the absolute absence of any substance.

Positive result

A positive result indicates a reaction compatible with the presence of one or more targeted drug families in the urine. Laboratory confirmation is recommended in any official, medical, disciplinary, or disputed context.

Invalid result

An invalid result may be due to incorrect handling, insufficient sample volume, or failure to respect the reading time. In this case, the test should be repeated with a new device.

Expert FAQ: Prevention & Risks

How long do drugs remain detectable with this urine test?

Unlike saliva testing, urine analysis retains traces of drugs and medications for a much longer period. Each substance has its own detection window, which can range from a few days to several weeks depending on your metabolism and frequency of use. Knowing how long your body takes to completely eliminate these molecules is essential. Buying a urine test allows you to accurately assess this detection window and clear up any doubts safely.

Does this device detect the same substances as the police and gendarmerie?

Absolutely. The Drugdiag T is calibrated to the official European cut-offs. It simultaneously targets the narcotics sought by the police and the gendarmerie (THC, cocaine, opiates, amphetamines), offering you professional-level reliability before getting behind the wheel.

How to avoid a false positive urine test?

The reliability of our diagnostic devices exceeds 99%. To eliminate any risk of false positives, carefully follow the instructions: dip the device in urine, wait 3 minutes, and read the result. The appearance of a single control line (C) without a test line (T) confirms a positive urine test.

Can CBD trigger a THC detection?

Yes, it is a well-known risk. Legal CBD contains tiny traces of THC which, when accumulated, can result in a positive test. Self-testing is essential to verify your fitness to drive or to anticipate a medical review for license reinstatement after a suspension.

Is it suitable for workplace screening?

Exactly. This multi-parameter kit is ideal for occupational physicians and employers looking to prevent risks. The rapid detection of benzodiazepines and synthetic drugs helps secure critical positions, in full compliance with the recommendations of the Labor Code.

French manufacturing and medical quality

Toda Pharma, a French manufacturer of drug screening tests, was one of the first European laboratories to develop a rapid serological test for coronavirus detection as early as February 2020 and was validated by the National Reference Center (CNR), the Pasteur Institute, and the French Ministry of Solidarity and Health.

A study was conducted in 3 hospitals by different operators on 3 separate batches of each drug at concentrations of 0ng/ml, +/- 25%, and +/- 50% of the detection threshold for the drug in question. All results met expectations. The detailed tables of all results are available to users upon request.
