Using and reading the test
- Remove the cup from the sealed bag at the time of testing.
- Collect the urine directly into the cup, then seal tightly.
- Check the temperature using the built-in thermometer (e.g. 32–38 °C) to confirm the authenticity of the sample.
- Place the cup on a flat surface and wait approximately 5 minutes before reading.

Negative result : two visible lines (even faint ones). Positive result : only one line (test area absent).
