What does the OkTest® Salivaire THC detect?
It detects Δ9-THC in saliva at a threshold of 15 ng/mL. The result is qualitative: it indicates whether the test reaction is compatible with a concentration above or below this threshold.

The OkTest® Salivaire THC device detects Δ9-THC in saliva at a threshold of 15 ng/mL. This cut-off corresponds to the minimum threshold set for saliva THC screening in the French road context.
It provides a preventive indication at the time of sampling. It does not directly measure impairment and never constitutes authorization to drive.
Targets Δ9-THC, the psychoactive cannabis substance detectable in oral fluid.
15 ng/mLNote on CBD: pure cannabidiol is not the targeted substance. However, a CBD product containing THC can cause a positive saliva test result.
This single-use format is suitable for personal prevention, especially before deciding to drive or during consultation with a healthcare professional. In case of a positive, doubtful, or recent consumption result, do not drive.
The detection duration of THC in saliva varies depending on usage frequency, amount consumed, time since last use, product used, and individual factors. It may be longer in regular users. No universal duration can reliably predict a test result.
Follow the instructions for the batch used, especially the delay before sampling, the amount of saliva, and the reading time.
The control line C and test line T appear, even if the T line is faint. The result is compatible with a concentration below the test cut-off at the time of sampling.
The C line appears without the T line. The result is preliminary: do not drive and consider confirmation depending on the context.
The absence of a control line makes the test invalid. The sample must be retaken with a new device.
The OkTest® indicates if THC is detected relative to the device's threshold. It does not quantify the exact concentration and alone does not assess fitness to drive. In medical, official, or disputed contexts, laboratory analytical confirmation may be necessary.
Product sheet written and updated by the AMA Prévention team. Information should be interpreted according to the manufacturer's instructions, the context of use, and applicable regulations.

L’apparition d’une ligne dans la zone de test (T), même si elle est très pâle ou à peine visible, doit être interprétée comme un résultat négatif.
Toda Pharma, a French manufacturer of drug screening tests, was one of the first European laboratories to develop a rapid serological test for coronavirus detection as early as February 2020 and was validated by the National Reference Center (CNR), the Pasteur Institute, and the French Ministry of Solidarity and Health.
A study was conducted in 3 hospitals by different operators on 3 separate batches of each drug at concentrations of 0ng/ml, +/- 25%, and +/- 50% of the detection threshold for the drug in question. All results met expectations. The detailed tables of all results are available to users upon simple request.
Toda Pharma is honored to receive the "Cœur Alsace" label, a symbol of excellence and commitment to our region. This prestigious label recognizes our dedication to high-quality, innovative local production that respects the strictest standards. Based in Strasbourg, Toda Pharma embodies Alsatian expertise in the service of health and public safety.
TODA PHARMA® Saliva Tests are designed to detect the presence
of drugs and illicit substances in saliva. They are easy to
use and provide quick and accurate results. By collecting
a saliva sample with the provided swab, you place it in
the test tube and wait a few minutes to get the results.
TODA PHARMA® saliva tests are ideal for effective
and reliable drug screening.
TODA PHARMA® tests are manufactured according to the strictest standards
to ensure their 96% reliability and accuracy. They are used by
health professionals and law enforcement to conduct
drug screenings. TODA
PHARMA® saliva tests have a detection threshold of 15 ng/ml, which meets the
requirements of official screenings. You can trust the
reliability of our tests to obtain accurate results.
TODA PHARMA® saliva tests are specifically designed to detect
drugs and illicit substances, including THC. This
includes THC contained in THCV, THCP, HHC, H4CBD, and CBD. TODA PHARMA® saliva tests have high sensitivity and a detection threshold of
15 ng/ml, allowing them to effectively detect THC molecules in all these
derivatives.
THC molecules remain detectable in the body for a period ranging from 4 to 6 hours after cannabis use, whether it is hashish or marijuana. However, the ability of our drug screening tests to detect these substances largely depends on each individual's method of consumption.
In the case of occasional use, THC presence can be detected for about 6 to 8 hours after intake. For regular use, this period extends up to 24 hours after consumption. Conversely, for intensive and daily use, THC can remain detectable for up to 8 days after use.
In summary, our THC self-tests are designed to detect both recent use (less than 8 hours) and longer-term use (up to 24 hours). This depends exclusively on the individual's consumption method, as detection thresholds remain constant.
We are proud to offer drug screening tests of the highest quality that are also made in France.
By working with local partners like Toda Pharma, we ensure products that meet the strictest safety and efficacy standards.
Our devices, all CE marked and ISO 13485 certified
for quality management, undergo rigorous
quality control monitoring. This guarantees
optimal performance and unmatched accuracy of results.
It is recommended to keep the tests in a cool, dry place, away from direct light.
It is important to emphasize that the idea that anti-saliva test sprays (Kleaner THC) can help you pass a THC (Cannabis) saliva screening test is widely considered an urban legend.
ALL SALIVA TESTS CONDUCTED WITH OUR DRUGDIAG SALIVA TESTS WERE POSITIVE AFTER USING ANTI-THC SPRAY.
These products have not undergone rigorous scientific studies proving their
effectiveness, and their use to alter the results of a screening test is generally illegal and can lead to serious penalties.
The only reliable method to ensure you will pass a drug screening test is to abstain from drug use. If you are uncertain of your status, using a home screening test can be a sensible step. Our tests, available in our online store, are designed to be as accurate as those used by law enforcement, with a detection threshold of 15 ng/ml for THC. This allows you to make an informed decision before getting behind the wheel.
It detects Δ9-THC in saliva at a threshold of 15 ng/mL. The result is qualitative: it indicates whether the test reaction is compatible with a concentration above or below this threshold.
A C line and a T line, even faint, correspond to a negative result according to the instructions. A C line alone corresponds to a preliminary positive result. The absence of a C line makes the test invalid and requires retesting with a new device.
There is no universal duration. The detection window varies depending on frequency and amount consumed, time since last use, product used, metabolism, and test sensitivity. A theoretical delay never guarantees a negative result.
The test detects THC, not cannabidiol itself. However, a CBD product containing traces of THC can lead to a positive result. In cases of road, medical, or professional stakes, a rapid result should be interpreted with caution.
Important : la notice du fabricant, les limites du dispositif et les règles applicables au contexte d’utilisation restent prioritaires. Un test rapide fournit une indication de dépistage et non, à lui seul, une conclusion médicale ou juridique.
